The Most Unsexy Thing I Have Said All Day

Longevity and performance-based medicine is too often so far downstream that it’s spinning into the ocean of ineptitude.

I said it.

It’s the “unsexy” things that move the needle the most.

Not peptides, not NMN, not retinol cream, not rapamycin—while all glamorous, and (I believe) they would all get recognition for being the best dressed at the “least helpful awards.”

It’s the day-to-day choices that affect us the most:

    1. Are you sleeping enough, and is it quality?
    2. Are you moving and placing yourself under some physical strain?
    3. Are you eating quality food, and not too much quantity?
    4. Are you letting that ol’ stress monkey crawl all over your back and leave large deposits of cortisol back there?

All of these have appreciable effects on not only how long you live, but how well you live.

Aren’t there some fun longevity games we can play?

Sure.

You can play: how’s your DNA methylation, and what risks do I have lurking in my SNPs? Fun to play, informative—but often they lead to the same place.

We need to work on the things that allow us to live to the fullest and, possibly, the longest.

Let us help you out by being the travel agent you never knew you needed – your health.
